My favorite unexpected perk to come out of writing this site (besides the opportunity to frequently embarrass myself by telling people about it IRL) has been the stories. Everything either (and often both) has a great story behind it that can be found with a little digging on the internet, and/or can be spun into an opportunity to tell a story of my own. And somehow, it seems, they are always able...

Spring in New York/Crafts in Chelsea
It’s spring in New York and that means there is an overwhelming sense, among locals, of omg, wtf way too much great stuff to do. From the Brooklyn Flea to the Hester Street Fair to the new Limelight Market to countless street festivals…and that’s only shopping.
