Owelle’s First Obit: Harold Bell, Creator of Woodsy Owl
The New York Times reports that Harold Bell, creator of the Robin Hood-esque environmentalist owl who has since the 70’s encouraged folks to “Give A Hoot, Don’t Pollute,” died at his home in Los Angeles on Friday at the age of 90.
