Owelle’s anonymous tipster is at it again with this creepy backyard-warrior-looking owl, which is apparently from some Penny Arcade something called Lookouts. I don’t really know what much of this means at all, and I sure don’t have the energy to find out as I sit here drinking beer at my desk on this non-stop parade of fire drills of a Friday. But I do know I wouldn’t want to find this character in my tree fort after dark. Thanks, incognitowl
